This Customer Service Representative position requires a highly motivated individual who understands the critical nature of supply chain and logistics operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will immerse you in the world of customer care, where you will utilize ERP systems to track orders, manage client inquiries, and ensure seamless communication across various departments. Whether you are assisting the shipping clerk with daily operations or resolving complex logistical inquiries, your role as a Customer Service Representative will be vital to maintaining the high standards our client is known for.

This role is a short-term assignment of 3 months, with a strong possibility of transitioning into a longer-term employment opportunity for the right candidate. Your schedule as a Customer Service Representative will primarily be from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. However, flexibility is a key component of this role; you must have the ability to occasionally work an early shift when team members require support. To set you up for success, your first few weeks will consist of comprehensive, hands-on training during standard business hours. Working on-site five days a week at the Vaughn location, you will enjoy the benefits of free parking and a transit-accessible facility, making your commute as smooth as possible.

Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer care by responding to incoming inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Utilize ERP systems to accurately process order entry, track shipments, and manage customer data.
• Provide essential administrative and clerical support to the customer care department and management team.
• Collaborate closely with the internal teams to ensure smooth logistical operations and timely deliveries.
• Adapt to changing shift requirements, stepping in for early morning coverage when team members require support.
• Maintain a high level of reliability and commitment, adhering strictly to the company's customer care policies and procedures.
• Actively contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment, working alongside tenured colleagues to achieve customer care excellence.

Qualifications
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (Bilingual in French & English is a strong asset).
• Proven experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience is considered a strong asset).
• Solid administrative and clerical skills, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer care inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, CPG, or logistics environment.
• Outstanding time-management skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules.
• Must be flexible and available to work the primary shift of 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, as well as occasional backup shifts from 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
• High level of dedication, reliability, and motivation to support a close-knit team.
