Great Canadian Roofing & Siding is looking for a Field Estimator (internally known as Field Estimator I) to join our team! In this role, you'll conduct inspections, build estimates, and support roofing and exterior project sales. If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoy a mix of field and office work, we'd love to hear from you!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIELD ESTIMATOR
As a Field Estimator, you'll spend your day on-site conducting inspections, gathering measurements, and assessing project scope for roofing and exterior work. You'll prepare detailed estimates, document site conditions, and ensure all information is accurately captured in CRM and estimating systems.
You'll work directly with clients to explain scope, pricing, and next steps, helping build trust and move projects forward. You'll also coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to production. From following up on opportunities to supporting the close of projects, your work will play a key role in delivering a strong customer experience and successful project outcomes.
