Job description
Lead door-to-door sales with RFNOW Inc. as a Partner Sales Manager. Drive residential customer growth and oversee vendor relationships for effective performance and compliance. In this role, you will manage contracted door-to-door vendors, ensuring proper onboarding and day-to-day relationships that foster sales growth. You will collaborate closely with vendor leadership and internal teams to maintain a smooth sales process from initial contact to final activation. Your leadership will guide vendor operations, and measuring success through metrics will be key. Key Responsibilities: • Manage vendor onboarding, targets, and daily relationships • Plan staffing and deployment based on market opportunities • Monitor performance metrics including sales and cancellations • Coach vendors through training and corrective actions • Investigate customer complaints with appropriate resolutions Requirements: • 3+ years in sales or vendor management • Experience with door-to-door teams and sales representatives • Strong coaching and negotiation skills • Proficient in CRM and performance metrics • Valid driver's license and travel capabilities Utilize your sales expertise to advance RFNOW’s residential growth initiatives and vendor efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
