You manage a large Desjardins-wide program or project. You are responsible for program or project execution, including defining the scope and roadmap, ensuring deliveries stay on schedule and setting the overall pace of the program or project. You are responsible for recommending, developing and implementing the business plan, and defining strategic directions and actions. Under a matrix structure, you manage all human resources assigned to the program or project and overall program or project performance. You oversee reporting and member/client satisfaction.
