Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Bilingual Broker Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for providing financial and administrative support to ensure the accurate processing of payments, collections, and broker account activities.
This role supports brokers, insureds, and internal stakeholders across multiple regions and plays a key role in maintaining efficient accounts receivable operations while delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. They are comfortable managing multiple priorities, enjoy working collaboratively, and are committed to providing excellent service to both internal and external clients.
