Job description
Elevate your career at AMD as a Memory Compiler Support and Development Lead in Markham, ON. Drive innovation in memory technology while ensuring compliance and performance of advanced memory solutions. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary technical interface with a third-party vendor, ensuring that all memory used by AMD meets stringent functionality and technology standards. You'll collaborate closely with architects and engineers to define, deliver, and support multiple memory compilers, making a significant impact on AMD's product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: • Own definition and delivery for memory compilers across AMD products • Collaborate with architects and engineers on timing requirements • Lead discussions with vendors for memory specifications • Direct in-house development of custom memory compilers Requirements: • Strong understanding of ROM/SRAM architecture and operation • Expertise in memory validation techniques • Knowledge of Verilog, spice simulation, and ASIC flows • Proficient in scripting languages like TCL and Perl • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering Step into this role to leverage your skills in memory design and validation within a collaborative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
