Job description
Join Optimum Insurance Company as a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Clerk in North Bay, Ontario. You'll manage payment processes and support brokers while providing exceptional customer service in this hybrid role. In this position reporting to the Accounting Manager, the bilingual clerk is crucial for processing payments and corresponding with brokers, insureds, and internal teams. You'll ensure efficient accounts receivable operations while contributing positively in a collaborative team environment. The position requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, making it ideal for those with a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Process incoming payments and prepare bank deposits • Manage returned payments and perform account follow-up • Assist with account reconciliation and collection activities • Respond to inquiries from brokers and insureds • Prepare account-related correspondence as needed Requirements: • Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written • Post-secondary education in a related field • Previous experience in accounts receivable is an asset • Strong keyboarding and data entry skills • Proficiency with Excel and Outlook Become a valued member of Optimum's team in North Bay, driving customer satisfaction through financial precision and teamwork. #J-18808-Ljbffr
