Our client is an established and growing investment company headquartered in Vancouver that is expanding its capital markets platform through the launch of a new publicly offered investment fund after several years of highly successful results.
As part of this strategic growth initiative, the organization is seeking its first dedicated Legal Counsel to play a key role in the establishment, launch, and ongoing legal oversight of the fund. As well as to assist with the legal compliance requirements of its other investments.
Reporting to the Director of Legal and working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and senior leadership, the successful candidate will be responsible for building the legal and regulatory framework that will support the fund's long-term success.
This is a rare opportunity to join an entrepreneurial organization at an exciting stage of growth and play an integral role in developing a new investment platform from the ground up.

Base salary of $150 000 – 195, 000 per year plus bonus, pension, and attractive benefits.
