As a Leader Marketing you will support:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadershipâ
- Clearlyâidentifyâand articulate the Technical Safety BC brand and value proposition.â
- Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies supporting organizational priorities regulatory initiativesâproductsâand services.â
- Oversee annual marketing planning and alignment of campaignsâresourcesâand investments.â
- Establish audience segmentationâtargetingâand positioning strategies.â
- Apply market researchâanalyticsâand audience insights to improve engagement and outcomes.â
- Ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all touchpoints.â
- Provide strategic marketing advice and consultation to leaders across the organization.â
Marketing Channel & Campaign Managementâ
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital email web socialâpartnerâand event channels.â
- Develop channel strategies that maximize audience engagement.â
- Manage paidâadvertisingâand content distribution activities.â
- Monitor campaign performance and key performance indicators.â
- Manage agenciesâconsultantsâand vendors.â
- Report on ROI campaignâeffectivenessâand engagement trends.â
External Communicationsâ
- Lead external awareness and engagement strategies.â
- Develop compelling stories that promote public awareness organizationalâprioritiesâand measurable outcomes.â
- Overseeâtheâstrategyâand delivery of corporate publications and events including the State of Safety Annual ReportâThree-YearBusiness Planand Core Connections.
- Overseeexternalcampaignsreportsâand awareness programs.â
- Translate complex technical and regulatory information into accessible communications.â
- Ensure consistency of messaging across channels and campaigns.â
- Manage organizational storytelling initiatives.â
Marketing Technology Leadershipâ
- Own administrationâoptimizationâand governance of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.â
- Lead HubSpot integration across marketing digital and business processes.
- Lead client lifecycle marketing strategies and automated engagement journeys.â
- Establish audience segmentation models and engagement frameworks.â
- Partner withtheData Science and Business Intelligenceteam tocontinuouslyimprove reporting and analytics.â
- Ensure CRM governance dataâqualityâand CASL compliance.â
- Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and automation opportunities.â
People & Team Leadershipâ
- Foster a culture of collaboration innovationaccountabilityand continuous improvement.
- Establish prioritiesallocateresourcesand provide the leadership tools and support required for individuals and teamsto achieve departmental and organizationalobjectives.
- Build develop and lead a high-performing team through effective recruitment coaching development performancemanagementand succession planning.
- Hold employees accountable for results by setting clear expectations providing regular feedback recognizingachievementand addressing performance concernsin a timely manner.
- Develop and manage operating budgets workforceplansand marketing investments.
- Interpret and apply the Collective Agreement and manage employee relations mattersin accordance withorganizational policies and practices.
Knowledge Skills & Experience you have:
- Degree in Marketing CommunicationsBusinessâAdministrationâor related discipline.
- 710 years of progressively responsible experience including leadership experience.â
- Demonstrated HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hubâexpertiseâincluding automationâsegmentationâand reporting.â
- Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.â
- Experience developing client lifecycle marketing and customer journey strategies.â
- Strong understanding of CRM management marketingâautomationâand analytics.â
- Experience supporting organizational storytelling executive thoughtâleadershipâand stakeholder communications.â
- Strong business and financial acumen.â
- Exceptional writtenâverbalâand presentation skills.â
- Strong leadershipâcoachingâand team development capabilities.â
- Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.â
- Understanding ofâregulated industries is an asset.â
