We’re Hiring: Maintenance Engineering Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead the planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement of our maintenance operations. This role is critical to ensuring our equipment runs efficiently and safely—supporting production goals while driving long-term performance and cost control.
As the Maintenance Engineering Manager, you will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations while managing long-term strategies for equipment performance, preventive maintenance, and contractor partnerships. You’ll bring a strong understanding of automation, robotics, and production systems—combined with excellent communication and leadership skills to support a high-performing team and a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
