Job description
Elevate your career as a Regional Plant Controller at Refresco. This pivotal role focuses on financial integrity, operations leadership, and leveraging financial insights to enhance plant performance. As a Regional Plant Controller, you will collaborate closely with the operations management team, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting across multiple plants. Your expertise will guide financial strategies, support decision-making, and drive compliance with standards such as IFRS and US GAAP. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining plant asset security while fostering effective communication with peers. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee accurate, timely financial results and reporting • Provide financial guidance for capital expenditure requests • Interpret monthly EBITDA results for plants • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting • 5+ years at Controller level • CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of ERP Systems, preferably SAP Excel as a financial leader in the beverage industry with Refresco, driving operational efficiency and compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
