Role Descriptions: Insurance - Property Casualty Insurance| Communication| Team Skill| Microsoft ExcelMandatory Requirements Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Multilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) Experience in policy administration| policy servicing| or insurance operations Ability to interpret insurance policies| endorsements| and policy documentation Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work accurately in a process-driven environmentGood to Have Knowledge of the Canadian P&C Insurance Market Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or similar Policy Administration Systems Exposure to insurance compliance and regulatory requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Key Responsibilities Add| modify| delete| and validate policy data to facilitate successful conversion into the target policy administration platform. Compare source system records with target system data and perform required corrections. Validate policy information| endorsements| coverages| limits| deductibles| and other policy attributes. Investigate and resolve policy conversion exceptions and errors. Monitor policy conversion queues and take corrective action on errored-out policies. Support policy renewals by ensuring timely completion of conversion activities. Perform quality checks and validation activities in accordance with established QA frameworks. Ensure data accuracy| completeness| and compliance with client requirements. Document exceptions| risks| and issues identified during conversion activities. Participate in audits| performance reviews| and quality management programs. Maintain daily production and progress reports. Track and report agreed KPIs and SLA performance metrics. Collaborate with Aviva stakeholders on policy-related queries and escalations.
