Job description
Take charge at Ply Gem Canada in Calgary as a Branch Manager, focusing on sales success, team training, and effective operations. This full-time, on-site role requires exemplary leadership and a commitment to safety. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your role involves managing all day-to-day operations and ensuring the branch meets its strategic goals. You will oversee employee training, monitor sales performance, and enhance client satisfaction. A proactive approach to operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives is essential. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure that employee training is up-to-date and safety compliant • Oversee branch profitability and sales performance • Manage office operations including customer service and order entry • Build and maintain positive customer relationships • Lead initiatives for continuous operational improvement Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience • 2-5 years in a management role, preferably in construction • Prior experience with P&L accountability • Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities • Focus on maintaining a safe and efficient working environment Drive results and foster a culture of excellence at Ply Gem Canada’s Calgary branch. #J-18808-Ljbffr
