We are a growing construction company specializing in ICI projects, with a primary focus on mid-rise self-storage developments. We are a small, collaborative team where every member plays an important role in the success of our projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with leadership, and being involved in all aspects of project delivery.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple ICI construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing all aspects of project execution while working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
As a key member of our team, you will work directly with company leadership, site staff, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
