Assistant Store Manager

High‑Energy Retail Assistant Managers & Supervisors Wanted for Fast‑Growing Discount Retailer.

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager in the Retail Sector in Smiths Falls, Ontario. This hands‑on leadership opportunity is for experienced retail supervisors and assistant managers who thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments. You will play a key role in driving store performance through strong merchandising execution, inventory replenishment, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations with a strong focus on inventory replenishment and merchandising.
  • Supervise and motivate retail teams to meet productivity and performance targets.
  • Maintain high standards of visual presentation and stock availability.
  • Manage priorities effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment.
  • Support operational execution to help drive overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong merchandising and inventory management expertise.
  • Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
  • Ability to handle physically demanding work on a consistent basis.
  • Pass a clean criminal background check.
