What You Bring to the Table

• 1+ years of kitchen experience preferred - flexibility for the right candidate
• Skilled in grilling, frying, and line cooking in a fast-paced environment
• Thrives under pressure, maintaining speed and accuracy during busy service
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices
• Food Safe certification is a strong asset
• Team-focused with a genuine passion for food and hospitality

Your Days Will Look Like

• Prepare fresh ingredients daily, ensuring accuracy, speed, and consistency during prep and service.
• Cook dishes to order with care and precision, maintaining Tapley’s quality and presentation standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following all food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels, communicating with the team to ensure the kitchen is always well-stocked.
• Collaborate with the kitchen crew, communicating clearly and supporting each other through busy service.
• Plate meals with attention to detail, ensuring each dish looks great and hits the pass on time.
• Adapt to guest requests, accommodating dietary needs or special orders with professionalism.
• Contribute to a positive kitchen culture, bringing energy, efficiency, and a strong work ethic every shift.
