You will also manage inventory, overseeing its deployment relative to age, product transitions, and sales targets. You will execute established planning processes, identify risks within your portfolio, and escalate material issues with clear supporting analysis and recommendations.

Working alongside your partners in Demand Planning, Sales, Logistics, Order Management, Finance, and the broader Supply Chain team, you will support and execute our business objectives, driving forward the mission to Kick Sugar, Keep Candy!

This role reports to Director, Supply Chain Operations and will be hybrid in Vancouver, BC. This is a full-time role and core collaboration hours are 9 a.m.–3 p.m. PST.

Supply Planning
  • Manage and execute a 12-month rolling supply plan and Ending Inventory/Weeks on Hand model supporting monthly inventory and service-level targets by SKU.
  • Utilize and maintain established capacity-analysis tools to monitor production capability, proactively identifying constraints and escalating risks with practical recommendations to optimize external manufacturing workflows.
  • Manage the purchase-order lifecycle for assigned external manufacturers, ensuring first-time-right execution and timely escalation of delivery, capacity, or production risks.
  • Provide analytical support for ongoing business needs, including new product launches, promotional activity, lead-time requests, inventory levels, product transitions, and production-schedule adherence.
  • Support product cost tracking to ensure we meet our COGS budget.
  • Maintain master-data integrity, ensuring accuracy and completeness for new SKU setups and transitions.
  • Perform daily monitoring of co-manufacturer outputs and network inventories to ensure supply stability and proactive downstream communication.
  • Manage aging and excess stock for the assigned portfolio, developing mitigation plans to support departmental write-off targets.
  • Work closely with Logistics to identify non-adherence to First Expire, First Out allocation.
  • Partner with Order Management on inventory allocation to prioritize critical orders and maximize fulfillment.
  • Manage SKU conversion requests to support optimal inventory levels.
  • Manage the inventory destruction or donation process for assigned products in accordance with established approvals and procedures.

Process Optimization and Reporting

  • Generate key supply-chain reports, accurate analysis and clear summaries to the Supply Chain team and business partners, while maintaining data integrity across Supply Chain scorecards.

  • Conduct monthly co-manufacturer performance reviews for assigned partners, documenting risks, decisions, and corrective-action plans.
  • Contribute to supply-chain optimization by utilizing existing tools, tracking KPIs, and identifying opportunities to reduce manual work.
  • Analyze inventory metrics and provide regular performance reporting for the assigned portfolio, highlighting trends, risks, root causes, and recommended actions.
  • Maintain and update supply-planning SOPs and workflow documentation as processes change.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, system testing, tool enhancements, and process-improvement initiatives as a supply-planning representative.
  • Ad hoc projects as requested.
What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience)

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems. NetSuite experience is an asset.
  • Proven background in physical and system inventory reconciliations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate variances, identify root causes, and translate data into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple planning priorities and data requests.
  • Able to work autonomously within established processes, exercise sound judgment, and deliver accurate results under deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to live and breathe our core values, be fired up by our #kicksugar mission, and have fun.
