About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects move smoothly from order through delivery by coordinating purchasing, documentation, invoicing support, shipping logistics, and project administration.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, managing multiple priorities, and working behind the scenes to keep projects on track. You'll collaborate with our sales, design, accounting, and logistics teams to ensure every project is delivered accurately and efficiently.
