You're not the kind of HR professional who stays behind a desk. With 5-7 years of experience in HR and a background in manufacturing, you know the best work happens on the plant floor - supporting employees and managers through every aspect of HR, from hiring to labour relations and everything in between.
Reporting to the Plant General Manager, you'll be the go‑to HR presence at our Barrie plant, a trusted partner for employees and managers alike, whether it's navigating labour relations, guiding performance conversations, or being a visible, hands‑on resource right on the floor.
