Role Description This is a full-time, Estimator role based in Concord, ON. The Estimator will review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial/institutional (primarily healthcare and education) construction projects. Responsibilities include performing quantity take-offs, obtaining and analyzing subcontractor and supplier quotations, and building bid proposals. The role involves collaborating with project managers and site staff to refine estimates, support value engineering, and track costs against budgets. The Estimator will also maintain pricing databases, monitor market conditions, and participate in tender closing activities to help secure new work for the company.
