What- The Role:

The Fulfillment Inventory Management team plays a critical role in maintaining inventory health, optimizing network capacity, enabling strategic inventory placement across the fulfillment network, and ensuring the timely exit of end-of-life inventory. They partner closely with a broad range of cross-functional teams to deliver on investment commitments while governing the processes that support effective inventory management and end-of-life execution.

They design and evolve core operational processes, lead governance routines, strengthen organizational connectivity, and generate data-driven insights that fuel continuous improvement and risk mitigation. Through consistent and scalable governance frameworks, we drive efficient, standardized inventory practices that improve product availability, maximize DC space utilization, and minimize impacts on DC operations.

This role supports the delivery of analytics, reporting, and business insights that enable decision-making across the fulfillment network.

This role is a blend of technical analytics and business advisory. The analyst will use enterprise data products, Snowflake, Power BI, Excel, and related tools to investigate business questions, identify performance trends, explain what is driving change, and translate findings into clear recommendations for FIM leaders and cross-functional partners.

Success in this role is not measured only by the dashboards or reports delivered. Success is measured by the quality of insights generated, the clarity of the story told through data, and the ability to help the business understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what actions should be considered next.

• Lead analysis that supports inventory, fulfillment, capacity, and network optimization decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to solve complex problems and translate questions into actionable insights.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes impacting fulfillment and inventory performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting solutions, and KPI frameworks that support business decision-making.
• Present insights and recommendations to leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in a clear and impactful way.
• Lead complex investigations and quantify business impacts, trade-offs, and opportunities.
• Drive improvements to reporting, data quality, processes, and analytical tools.
• Partner with technology and data teams to improve data products, reporting capabilities, and business visibility.
• Establish and maintain KPI definitions, reporting standards, and analytical best practices.
• Support strategic initiatives through forecasting, scenario modeling, and business case development.
• Mentor analysts and share best practices across analytics, reporting, and storytelling.
• Act as a trusted advisor by using data to influence decisions and drive business outcomes.

Who- the Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, supply chain, inventory management, fulfillment operations, or a related field.

Advanced SQL skills and experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.

Strong experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and KPI frameworks using Power BI or similar tools.

Proven ability to independently lead complex analytical initiatives and influence business decisions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights to senior leaders.

Experience working cross-functionally to define metrics, improve processes, and drive business outcomes.

Experience with Python, forecasting, advanced analytics, or data product ownership is an asset.

How much:

Competitive hourly wage in the range of $56-$64/hr + 4% vacation pay, if incorporated, please discuss with Swim

Where:

Vancouver, hybrid working conditions, 4 days onsite with some flexibility depending on individual’s circumstances.
