This is a people-first role where your ability to engage educate and inspire action makes all the difference.
Responsibilities
Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our clients financial product(Credit Cards) in a clear relatable way
Listen to customers needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle
Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource
Drive brand awareness advocacy and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations
Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application
Find creative authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day
Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations
Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset not a requirement
Professional and discreet when working with sensitive customer information
Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check
Eager to grow through ongoing training and feedback
Access to a vehicle or a valid drivers license is helpful but not required
Compensation
Base wage $18/hr plus uncapped commission
Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday 9am to 9pm
