What you’ll do

• Coach and develop your department team, setting expectations and providing ongoing support.
• Build and manage a daily sales plan for the department.
• Develop and implement individual development plans for full‑time staff.
• Communicate skills and performance through effective huddles, meetings, and coaching sessions.
• Maintain a positive, customer‑focused work environment.

What you bring

• Business savvy: customer‑focused mindset with ability to plan, execute, and drive sales.
• Leadership: ability to lead by example, coach, develop, and inspire a team.
• Brand ambassadorship: passion for the sports and sporting goods industry and pride in the brand.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail environment, preferably supervisory level.
• Proven track record of business growth and exceptional customer service.
• Interest or involvement in sports or the sporting goods industry is an asset.
