Job description
On behalf of our client, a Managed Print Services dealership located in Markham, we are seeking an experienced, tech-savvy B2B Sales Representative to drive revenue by selling Integrated Document Management Systems (DMS), Managed Print Services (MPS), and Cloud-Based Document Workflow Automation. In this role, you will help enterprise and mid-market organizations transition from legacy paper-heavy environments to secure, highly optimized digital and print workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business through prospecting and territory development across the GTA and Ontario
  • Meet with owners, office managers, and IT leaders to understand their operational challenges
  • Present integrated workplace solutions, including:
    • Canon multifunction devices, HP and Brother printers
    • Managed Print Services programs
    • Workflow automation and document management software
    • AI-powered communication tools
    • Enterprise scanning and secure shredding programs
    • Office supply programs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Maintain an active pipeline and keep activity current in the CRM
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
    Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience proven successful selling Managed Print Services (MPS), Document Management Software (DMS), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), or high-volume print hardware.
  • Experience selling technology, office equipment, software, or business services is an asset
  • Strong consultative selling skills and confidence with business decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, with strong time-management and territory-development habits
  • Genuine interest in workplace technology and automation
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 base salary (commensurate with experience).
  • On-target earnings: Approximately CA$100,000+ for reps who successfully hit their KPIs (base + uncapped commission)
  • Allowances: mileage reimbursement
