Job description
Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking to take the next step in your career? A leading manufacturing company in Waterloo has an immediate opening for a MIG Welder to join their team full-time at $23.75 per hour. This MIG Welder position in Waterloo offers steady hours, a solid shift premium, and long-term career growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform MIG aluminum welding on dasher boards and goalie net frames.
- Assemble pre-cut and bent aluminum pieces according to custom technical specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints for custom layout and fitting tasks.
- Complete initial training on the day shift before transitioning to the afternoon shift.

Qualifications
- Experience performing MIG welding techniques on aluminum materials.
- Demonstrated ability reading complex technical blueprints and structural schematics.
- Ownership of required PPE including a welding helmet, gloves, coveralls, and safety boots.
- Willingness to perform a 45-minute practical weld test during the interview.
