Steve Madden Assistant Store Managers are the pulse of our retail hustle! Partnering closely with the Store Manager, you’ll own the floor, driving daily operations and curating an iconic and unmatched store vibe that turns heads. You are the ultimate trendsetter and brand ambassador, leading by example with fierce selling skills, building a loyal client base, and crushing those sales targets.
