Our client, a well-established firm in the heavy civil and site development sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Estimator to join their dynamic team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to manage and estimate commercial demolition projects, combining your technical skills and management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately bid jobs based on project scopes.
- Interpret and analyze blueprints to guide project planning.
- Manage demolition projects ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong background in commercial demolition, with proven management experience.
- Expertise in blueprint reading.
- Skilled in project estimation and management.
- Ability to bid jobs confidently and accurately.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Familiarity with estimating software is a definite plus.
Pay is Contract-to-Hire:
Will start as pay per project with potential to be brought on full time after first 2-3 projects.
