This position is in our Food Enterprise where we are committed to serving food manufacturers food service customers and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. Our portfolio includes poultry beef egg alternative protein salt oils starches sweeteners cocoa and chocolate.
The Food Safety Quality & Regulatory technician will provide quality assurance and food safety technical support through testing and auditing process documentation and data collection and this role you will collaborate to identify quality assurance issues and analyze data to uncover risks and support knowledge transfer.

Location: Calgary Alberta; Relocation assistance is not provided for this role
Schedule is Monday - Friday typically from 4:00am to 12:30pm. There are also some situations that will require work after normal business hours and on weekends
