This is elementary food service work involving the preparation and selling of short order food and beverage items in a recreation facility. Duties also include cash handling some minor custodial work as it pertains to the food service area and equipment and may dispense liquor and beer in licensed areas. Work is performed under genera supervision and is evaluated by supervisor in terms of food quality efficiency customer service and conformance to established practices.
