We are looking for energetic Brand Ambassadors Team Leads and Supervisors to join the Encorp Return-It Express Program for an exciting seasonal activation across Metro Vancouver. This is your opportunity to help bring sustainability initiatives to life while engaging communities through interactive educational experiences.
This year the Return-It Express program is expanding across three key initiatives:
Our teams will be activating at the PNE Express & Go locations local businesses and community storefronts to promote awareness and participation in the Return-It Express program. Team members will engage the public through roaming and flag-pack activations educate consumers on the benefits of the program facilitate contests and giveaways and encourage free program registrations.
Were looking for highly motivated energetic and outgoing individuals who are passionate about community engagement and creating meaningful interactions with the public.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities
Engage with members of the public in a friendly energetic and professional manner.
Educate consumers about the benefits and features of the Return-It Express program.
Encourage program registrations and participation in promotional activities.
Support contests giveaways and community engagement initiatives.
Represent the client and Inventa professionally at all times.
Assist with activation setup maintenance and teardown as required.
Accurately communicate key program messaging and sustainability initiatives.
Track interactions and complete any required program reporting.
Maintain a positive and welcoming presence throughout shifts.
Team Lead Responsibilities
Oversee Brand Ambassador accountability performance and daily responsibilities.
Support Supervisors with operational and administrative tasks.
Serve as the primary point of contact for field teams when Supervisors are unavailable.
Assist with staff scheduling break management and shift coordination.
Coach and support Brand Ambassadors in delivering exceptional public engagement.
Monitor team performance and provide real-time feedback and support.
Ensure key messaging and activation standards are consistently executed.
Support setup teardown inventory management and asset transportation.
Maintain clear communication between the field team and management.
Help troubleshoot operational challenges and escalate concerns when necessary.
Supervisor Responsibilities
Maintain strong communication with Inventa management and client stakeholders.
Oversee all activation execution staffing logistics and program compliance.
Coach develop and support Team Leads and Brand Ambassadors.
Manage daily and weekly reporting requirements including metrics photos and recaps.
Coordinate staffing schedules coverage plans and team performance evaluations.
Ensure all program assets are accounted for and properly maintained.
Make quick operational decisions while supporting client objectives and team success.
Oversee setup teardown transportation and storage of program materials.
Support team morale and maintain a positive productive working environment.
Ensure all program objectives are executed effectively and professionally.
Brand Ambassador Requirements
Previous customer service hospitality retail promotional or event experience is an asset.
Strong rapport-building and communication skills.
Friendly approachable and outgoing personality.
Comfortable engaging with large volumes of the public.
Reliable professional and punctual.
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
Able to lift and carry promotional materials as required.
Must not be working another recycling-oriented activation at the same event or location during this program.
Other duties as assigned.
Team Lead & Supervisor Requirements
Previous leadership experience in events experiential marketing promotions or hospitality.
Strong communication coaching and organizational skills.
Comfortable managing teams in fast-paced environments.
Access to a vehicle is considered a strong asset.
Driving with access to a vehicle is preferred for Team Leads and Supervisors as they may be responsible for transporting light program assets.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism.
Comfortable with light lifting and activation setup/teardown.
Other duties as assigned.

Activation Dates: August 22 September 20 2026
Potential Extension: Program may be extended through November 2026.

Pay Rates
Brand Ambassador: $26/hour
Team Lead: $28/hour
Supervisor: $30/hour
Additional Compensation: Monetary bonus structure available.
