Regional Manager – Residential Property Management
Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 Base Salary + Generous Performance Bonus
Target Start Date: October 1, 2026
About the Opportunity
A well-established Canadian real estate organization is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the operational performance of a residential portfolio comprising approximately 2,500 rental units throughout the Saskatoon region.
Reporting to the senior leadership team, the Regional Manager will provide strategic leadership across property operations, financial performance, resident satisfaction, capital planning, and team development. This is an outstanding opportunity for a collaborative, results-oriented leader looking to make a meaningful impact within a growing and respected organization.
