Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Clerk
If you are a Law Clerk with experience in both Accident Benefits and Tort matters, this is a great opportunity to join a busy Plaintiff Personal Injury practice where your work will have meaningful impact. Our Client is seeking someone with at least one year of hands-on experience across both areas to support their growing team, with exposure to Commercial matters considered a strong asset. The ideal candidate is also someone who is comfortable handling a busy file load of approximately eighty (80) active Tort and Accident Benefits matters, with the ability to stay organized, efficient, and on top of competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.This role offers a structured hybrid work model, beginning with in-office training before transitioning into a flexible schedule of one day per week in office.
