Overview
We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a fully remote, work-from-home basis. Reporting to the Controller, you'll own the day-to-day Accounts Receivable function, from invoicing and collections to payment application and cheque deposits. The ideal candidate brings previous AR experience, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position is key to keeping our receivables accurate and our client relationships strong, working collaboratively across departments to deliver exceptional service. If you're someone who can run your own desk independently while staying genuinely connected to a team, this could be the role for you!

The Driving Part
This is primarily a remote, work-from-home role. That said, you'll need reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence to travel to our Surrey, BC post office and occasionally to our downtown Vancouver office - to handle mail and other physical duties (roughly twice a week). If you enjoy a change of scenery a couple of times a week, you'll fit right in.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 CAD/year
