We are seeking an experienced Production Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership during the critical transition from underground mine development into full production. Working closely with Mine Operations, Technical Services, Geology, and Maintenance, the successful candidate will lead production planning initiatives, optimize mining activities, and ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable production as the operation ramps up.
This is an exciting opportunity for a mining professional who enjoys collaborating across multiple disciplines and playing a key role in establishing long-term production success.
