Job description
Become the driving force behind customer satisfaction at BRP as the Lead for Customer Insights. Champion the Voice of Customer initiatives and enhance customer experiences company-wide. This role involves leading a talented team to develop effective VoC strategies that align with business goals. You’ll leverage product and service feedback to identify key pain points and craft actionable recommendations. Your ability to communicate insights effectively will be pivotal in influencing decision-makers across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee VoC team in feedback collection and analysis • Create strategies for continuous improvement in customer insights • Maintain effective communication of results with stakeholders • Drive design and execution of feedback processes • Inspire and develop team performances Requirements: • Proven leadership with 3+ years in a similar role • Experience with Net Promoter System methodologies • Deep analytical skills with Qualtrics proficiency • Bilingual in French and English • Degree in business or marketing preferred Opt for a key role in enhancing BRP's commitment to customer satisfaction through insightful analysis and leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
