Job description
emergiTEL is hiring a Digital Project Manager for our client in the Financial Services industry. This is 08 Months contractrole with possible extension.
Location: Remote
Job Description (English)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with e-retailers and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality standards are met
  • Scope projects define deliverables and manage digital content delivery
  • Ensure risk mitigation by adhering to agreed processes for quality compliance and cost tracking
  • Assist with onboarding and documentation for vendors (MSAs SOWs InfoSec reviews)
  • Assign responsibilities identify required resources and develop project schedules
  • Monitor timelines and proactively address risks and issues impacting deadlines
  • Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders across various brand organizations
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketers and agencies to gather requirements for marketing roadmaps and multi-channel campaigns
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Support project planning including timelines budgets risks and resource availability
  • Manage development and production of digital products
  • Partner with Product Management Service Delivery and other business units
  • Identify project interdependencies and escalate risks appropriately
  • Follow PMO methodologies and best practices
  • Develop and maintain project scope statements
  • Oversee day-to-day project execution and ensure successful delivery
Requirements:
  • 710 years of professional experience including 4 years in a digital agency
  • Proven experience in project management and marketing campaign execution
  • Certification in one of the following: PMP PMI CSM SCRUM ACP PRINCE MBA QA or PSM
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Jira Confluence and content management systems
  • Experience in consumer-facing web and mobile environments preferred

  • Surveiller les délais et traiter de manière proactive les risques et problèmes
  • Communiquer les mises à jour des projets aux parties prenantes des différentes marques
  • Collaborer avec les équipes marketing et les agences pour définir les exigences des campagnes multicanales
  • Servir dinterface entre les équipes techniques les parties prenantes non techniques et la direction
  • Soutenir la planification des projets (délais budgets risques et ressources)
  • Gérer le développement et la production des produits numériques
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de gestion de produit de livraison de services et autres unités commerciales
  • Identifier les interdépendances et escalader les risques
  • Suivre les méthodologies du PMO
  • Développer et gérer les déclarations de portée de projet
  • Superviser les activités quotidiennes des projets et assurer leur réussite
