What Youll Be Doing

  • Accurately process inbound and outbound truck transactions using the scale system.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping receiving and billing documentation.
  • Provide professional customer service to drivers customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with plant operations to support efficient material movement and dispatch activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks while adhering to safety and company procedures.
  • Perform administrative duties including data entry spreadsheet management and reporting as needed.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn scale dispatch and administrative software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety teamwork and delivering high-quality results.

Work Environment

  • Temporary position based in Calgary Alberta with the primary work location in Northwest Calgary. Occasional coverage will also be required at the Southeast Calgary location and in Cochrane Alberta.
  • Reliable transportation is required. Public transportation is not a viable option due to work schedules and locations.
  • Fast-paced office environment within an active aggregate operation.
  • Regular interaction with drivers customers and site personnel.
  • Work may require sitting for extended periods and occasional movement throughout the site.
  • Must be able to work assigned schedules and adapt to changing operational requirements.
