THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager Cafésyou will lead the team to:

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

• Translate the strategyinto tangible plans that are designed and communicated clearly enablingflawless execution.

• Connect with guests creating an engaging and welcoming experience with each visit from welcome and departure.

• Provideclientswith an exceptional dining experience that is timely and seamless.

• Deliver guests with a best-in-class beverage selection and service to elevate their dining experience

• Deliver acurated elevated safe andseamless environment that enhances client experience.

THEQUALIFICATIONS

TheSenior Manager Caféshas:

• Proven skills certifications education and/or experienceinFood & Beverage

• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias ValuesandBusiness and People Leadership principles

• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THECOMPENSATION

At Aritzia we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100000$200000 CAD per year. Total compensation may include base bonus and/or equity depending on the role which has the potential to be greater than this range.
