The Opportunity

Were looking for an exceptional leader to drive South Bows enterprise application landscape and help shape how technology powers our business for years to come. This is an opportunity to influence strategy build strong partnerships across the organization drive innovation and help define whats next for South Bow.

As Manager Enterprise Applications youll lead the teams and partnerships responsible for some of our most critical business platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations D365 Field Service Workday OneStream and the broader ERP ecosystem. Youll work at the intersection of business and technology connecting strategy to execution ensuring our platforms run reliably and helping the organization unlock new value through continuous improvement AI and emerging technologies.

A big part of this role is looking forward. Youll own and evolve South Bows relationship with Microsoft help shape our technology vision and roadmap and identify opportunities to bring new capabilities to the business.

Shape Our Microsoft Future

• Lead South Bows strategic relationship with Microsoft and help influence our technology direction
• Define and champion the multi-year Microsoft vision and roadmap
• Identify opportunities to accelerate business value through innovation AI automation and emerging technologies
• Stay connected to Microsofts evolving platform capabilities and bring the best ideas into our organization

Be a Trusted Partner to the Business

• Build strong relationships with business leaders across the organization
• Help teams translate challenges into practical scalable solutions
• Drive strategic initiatives from idea to implementation
• Create transparency alignment and confidence through strong communication and engagement
• Champion a culture that puts customer experience and business outcomes first

Own the Platforms That Power South Bow

• Lead the health performance and evolution of our enterprise application ecosystem
• Ensure platforms remain secure stable scalable and aligned with business priorities
• Guide ERP optimization programs enhancements and transformational initiatives
• Align platform investments with enterprise architecture security standards and long-term strategy

Lead Great Partners

• Build strong relationships with Microsoft managed service providers system integrators and technology partners
• Hold partners accountable for delivering excellent outcomes and service levels
• Create an environment where vendors feel like an extension of the teamnot just vendors

Governance Risk & Controls

• Ensure adherence to governance architecture security and controls
• Partner with Internal Controls Audit and Architecture
• Support audit readiness and manage risk
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business or related field
• 10 years experience in enterprise applicationsERP
• 5 years experience leading teams and/or vendors in an application support or delivery environment
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Proven experience managing application lifecycle releases and sustainment models
• Experience managing third-party vendors or managed service providers
• Experience owning strategic technology partner or OEM relationships (e.g. Microsoft)
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance operations and corporate functions
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft D365 Field Service Workday and/or OneStream
• Experience setting technology vision and roadmap at an enterprise level
• Experience driving AI adoption in a business environment
• Experience operating in a post-merger spin-off or high-growth environment
