As a Health and Benefits Director you will lead large highly visible client engagements involving the design and management of the full array of health and benefits programs. You will drive the strategy and grow relationships with current clients as well as participate in prospecting opportunities with new clients. You will serve as a key voice to the marketplace of one of the worlds leading HR consulting firms and have the ability to contribute to the evolution of health care delivery

Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $150000 - $175000 CAD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
