The City of Edmonton is undertaking a significant digital transformation through the Enterprise Commons project. As the Change Management Specialist for the Human Capital Management stream youll report to the Enterprise Commons Business Transformation Lead and play a key role in preparing leaders employees and business areas for the change. You will be part of delivering the Change Management approach to maximize people leader and employee adoption to changes in processes systems and culture. A core function is serving as a primary coach and advisor guiding executive sponsors managers and product owners on change leadership best practices. You will work closely with the Business Readiness team Human Capital Management project team the Employee Services branch and Change Ambassadors ensuring change principles are embedded directly into their operations to achieve organizational success.
