About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead corporate and head office recruitment across the U.S. market. This role focuses on hiring Manager, Senior Manager, and Director-level talent across functions including HR, Merchandising, Store Development, and IT.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail corporate recruitment and headhunting, with the ability to proactively source passive talent, influence senior stakeholders, and provide market insight to hiring leaders. Experience recruiting in the U.S. market is essential.
