We have a proven track record of investment and operational excellence in operating businesses and property investments in both Canada and the United States. Learn more: www.belkorp.com

Belkorp’s property portfolio includes industrial and multifamily real estate assets located throughout the Lower Mainland, Pacific Northwest and Southwest regions of the United States. Backed by decades of experience and a strong reputation in the real estate industry, we are committed to providing well-maintained properties, exceptional resident and tenant experiences, and outstanding customer service.

As a people-focused firm, we empower our team and acknowledge the unique contributions of every individual. Our leadership team recognizes that to achieve our long-term goals, we must foster a culture rooted in family values: prudent risk taking, hard work, and innovative thinking, together with humility and gratefulness for the opportunities we enjoy as Canadians. We build purposeful relationships with our employees and partners.

Belkorp is seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our team as a Senior Asset Manager. This role will provide strategic input and operational oversight of our multifamily and industrial real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President, Asset Management and collaborate closely with internal team members and third-party property managers across the Pacific Northwest markets. Regular travel within the U.S. West Coast and Lower Mainland is required.

Salary: $125,000 to $145,000 per annum commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential and a great benefits package including company matched RRSP program.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required depending on travel arrangements and role obligations.
