Job description
Stacey Danley at Aplin is partnering with a growing commercial property management company to recruit an experienced Property Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized professional with commercial property administration experience and advanced Yardi expertise to join a collaborative team and support a growing portfolio.

What You'll Do
  • Administer a portfolio of commercial properties using Yardi.
  • Maintain accurate property and tenant records while ensuring system data integrity.
  • Assist with preparation of owner reports and forecasting.
  • Process tenant billings, operating cost recoveries, CAM reconciliations, and rent adjustments.
  • Monitor receivables, assist with accounts payable and receivable, and investigate financial variances.
  • Coordinate vendor documentation and support operational and portfolio initiatives.
  • Serve as the team's Yardi expert, identifying process improvements, supporting system enhancements, and assisting with user training.
  • Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the portfolio.
What You'll Bring
  • 3–5+ years of commercial property administration experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Yardi.
  • Experience with financial administration such as tenant billings and rent adjustments.
  • Strong Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach with a passion for improving processes and supporting a growing business.
