Successfully managing these distinctions while aligning with national objectives is key to program Care is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to support the organizations legal and contractual needs. This role works cross-functionally to draft review and manage contracts coordinate with external counsel and implement and manage a centralized contract tracking system. The position plays a key role in reducing risk and improving operational efficiency through ownership of contract and corporate governance processes. This role will report to the CFO/:Contract Drafting & ReviewDraft review and revise vendor service NDA and partnership risks and ensure alignment with company contract complex or high-risk legal matters to external counsel as -Functional SupportAct as primary contact for contract-related with departments to ensure consistency in Counsel CoordinationLiaise with external legal counsel on complex workflow and track legal Lifecycle ManagementImplement and maintain centralized contract tracking renewals expiries and key and enforce intake approval and governance & Risk ManagementMaintain legal records and audits and compliance Filings & GovernancePrepare review and file corporate documents including annual returns director/officer changes and other statutory corporate records minute books and governance documentation to ensure accuracy and corporate entity management across jurisdictions including tracking filing deadlines and regulatory with external counsel and regulatory bodies on corporate filings and compliance in board and committee governance processes including preparing supporting documentation and maintaining changes in corporate and regulatory requirements and ensure timely updates to internal responsibilities may be assigned from time to time based on organizational you bringThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills experience and qualifications:Diploma or degree in Paralegal Studies or related of 3 - 7 years of experience of corporate or commercial contract drafting and review attention to detail and to translate legal language into business stakeholder -oriented and in Microsoft Office SharePoint CRM and Contract Management have every single qualificationWe know that some people are less likely to apply for a job unless they are a perfect match.
