Opportunity

VistaVu is seeking a seasoned Consultant to join our dynamic S/4HANA Cloud Public Team as an SAP S4 Public Senior Consultant. This opportunity is worth considering if you are looking for a rapidly growing business and an exciting workplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and delivering ERP solutions that meet client business requirements using standard SAP best practices. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the SAP system, this role analyzes the client’s processes and translates them into system configurations or functional specifications, emphasizing fit-to-standard processes to minimize customizations. This position is a hybrid role based in Calgary, Alberta. Candidates based in other Canadian locations will also be considered.

The Senior Consultant ensures that the implemented S/4HANA Cloud solution is effective, efficient, and aligned with business needs through proper configuration, testing, and user training. Ultimately, this role helps clients optimize their processes in S/4HANA Cloud while adhering to SAP’s clean core principles for maintainability and upgradability. The senior consultant will be responsible for reviewing solution design and configuration activities performed by other L.O.B implementation consultants across multiple projects, while providing guidance to associate consultants to ensure successful task completion.

What experience do you need?

ERP & SAP Implementation

• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience, with strong emphasis on SAP platforms.
• Minimum 1–2+ years of hands‑on SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) experience, including quarterly release management and fit to standard delivery practices.
• In‑depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) configuration for multiple business processes (e.g., Record‑to‑Report, Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay).
• Proficient in SAP Activate phases, especially Explore (Fit-to-Standard), Realize (configuration/testing), and Deploy (cutover). Experience with Agile practices and tools like SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager for tracking requirements and testing is preferred.
• Background in a consulting or systems integrator environment, accustomed to fast-paced delivery and client-facing work.
• Experience with global or multi-country rollouts (e.g., localizations, multi currency, distributed teams) is a strong plus.

Full Lifecycle Project Delivery

• Demonstrated success leading or contributing significantly to 2+ full lifecycle ERP projects, from planning through post-go-live.

Consulting & Multi-Country Deployment Experience

• Background in a consulting or systems integrator environment, accustomed to fast-paced delivery and client-facing work.
• Experience with global or multi-country rollouts (e.g., localizations, multi currency, distributed teams) is a strong plus.

Industry & Domain Expertise

• Practical experience in sectors common to mid‑market ERP such as manufacturing, distribution, or professional services.
• Ability to reuse industry patterns—e.g., project systems/time & billing, production/inventory flows—to shape scalable SAP Cloud ERP solutions.

What Qualifications do you have?

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition certifications. Cloud ALM or Solution Manager for tracking requirements and testing is preferred.
