Job Summary

Oversee daily operations of retail and wholesale locations to achieve sales service and profitability targets. Lead store teams while managing inventory merchandising and customer service initiatives.

Main Duties

• Supervise and coordinate staff activities including hiring training scheduling performance management and coaching.
• Manage inventory control processes stock replenishment ordering and loss prevention measures.
• Develop and implement sales strategies merchandising plans and promotional activities to meet targets.
• Monitor financial performance prepare sales and expense reports and support budget planning and cost control.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle complex customer inquiries and escalations.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations company policies and applicable retail standards.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business retail management commerce or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Several years of supervisory or management experience in retail or wholesale operations.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems inventory management software and basic reporting tools.
• Strong numeracy skills and experience preparing or interpreting sales and financial reports.
• Excellent communication leadership and staff development abilities.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required by store operations.
