Job Summary
Provide compassionate basic nursing care and assist clinical staff in delivering safe patient services. Support daily living activities monitor patient conditions and maintain a clean safe environment.

Main Duties
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing toileting and feeding.
- Measure and record vital signs intake/output and report significant changes to nursing staff.
- Position transfer and ambulate patients using safe body mechanics and assistive devices.
- Support nursing procedures by preparing equipment collecting specimens and documenting care.
- Maintain cleanliness of patient areas change bed linens and follow infection prevention practices.
- Transport patients equipment and supplies within the facility and respond to call bells as needed.
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized nursing assistant patient care attendant or nurse aide program or equivalent training.
- Current CPR and basic first aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting standing for extended periods and assisting with patient transfers.
- Clear criminal background check and up-to-date immunizations as required by employer policies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
