THE ROLE
Were looking for a District Manager to lead operations across a cluster of depots. Youll ensure high service standards strong fleet performance and consistent execution of SOPs while coaching Depot Leaders and driving operational excellence. This role reports directly to the Regional Director.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
Lead and coach Depot Leaders across multiple locations
Drive operational performance and customer satisfaction
Ensure SOP compliance and service consistency
Monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions
Oversee P&L budgeting and cost control
Collaborate closely with Central Ops Finance and HR
Travel frequently (up to 45%) to support depot teams
