Participate in complex project developments financings and transactions in the energy infrastructure and mining sectors
Participate in developing financial models andassistin complex data analysis and modeling including preparing visual representations of data
Conduct feasibility studies and financial and commercial analysis of projects and companies
Participateinprojectriskassessments
Perform independent validation of project data
Participate in the development of project management processes
Participate in the development implementation and monitoring of project controls
Participate in writing reports procurement documents and/or information memorandums
Participate in assignments involving post-transaction monitoring and project tracking
Assistin the preparation of pitch decks marketing materials and proposals
Undertake market research and benchmarking exercises as directed
Assistin developing work plans indicativeschedulesand budget estimates
Assistin developing business opportunities for the Real Assets practice

Previousexperience (including internships) working in either project finance/M&A or within an engineering consulting/project management firm would be an asset
An interest in pursuing a professional designation in finance (CFA CBV) or in project management (PMP PQS) would be an asset
Strongfinancialmodelingskills
Ability to work on multiple and diverse projects and on projects with tight deadlines
Ability to use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends and problem-solve
This roledoesntsupport completion of the Canadian CPA designation.

The salary range for this position is $41600 - $69400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
